Inspired by traditional Japanese lanterns, the Akari 15A / 21A / 26A Pendant Light brings a calm, sculptural presence to contemporary interiors. Its broad, gently flattened silhouette combines the delicate beauty of washi paper with the simplicity of modern design.
Each shade is handcrafted from translucent mulberry washi paper, carefully bonded over a metal frame. The paper softens and disperses light to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making this Japanese-style pendant an elegant choice for dining rooms, bedrooms, living spaces and entryways.
Choose from three individual sizes or create a layered composition with two, three or five pendants. The adjustable suspension cables allow the lights to hang at different heights, introducing a floating, architectural quality to the room.

05 / INSTALLATION Installation & Care
Ceiling Installation
This is a hardwired pendant fixture. Professional installation by a qualified electrician is recommended.
The suspension cable is adjustable up to approximately 500 cm. Confirm the required drop height and ceiling support before installation.
Paper Shade Care
Switch off the power before cleaning. Remove dust gently with a soft, dry brush or clean microfiber cloth.
Avoid water, abrasive cleaners, sharp objects and excessive pressure on the paper surface.
The paper shade is not waterproof. Do not install in bathrooms, outdoors or other damp and wet environments.
