Plan with greater clarity
Ask about drawings, specifications and model availability for the lighting in your project.
A room plan can help you compare scale, position and finish before you commit to a fixture. If you need a product file or a closer view of an installation detail, send us the exact model and the information you need. Availability is checked individually.
Tell us what your project needs
Dimensions
Request clarification of overall size, canopy, shade or suspension measurements.
Product information
Ask for available specifications or installation information for the selected variant.
Planning files
Tell us which drawing or 3D file format your design software requires.
Send a complete request
- Product link and the exact size or finish variant.
- Required file type and software version, if relevant.
- The dimensions or installation details you need to confirm.
- Room measurements, a layout or a clear sketch where useful.
- Quantity, destination and project deadline.
If an existing file is available, we can explain the next step. If a drawing, conversion or new model would be needed, its feasibility, scope, timing and any charge must be agreed before work begins.
Use visual references thoughtfully
A rendering is a planning aid. Screen colors, light effects and apparent scale can differ from the final installation. Check measurements against the confirmed product specification rather than estimating them from a rendered image.
Do not use a decorative 3D model as an electrical drawing or a structural mounting plan. Your installer must confirm the mounting surface, load, wiring and local requirements for the real fixture.
Planning a custom fixture
Start with the product reference and describe the proposed change. Specify what needs approval: overall proportions, finish, canopy or suspension arrangement. A custom drawing or model should correspond to the final written specification, if one is supplied for your project.
