We check what can be changed and clarify the proposed dimensions, materials, price and estimated timing. Drawings or samples, if needed, must be discussed for the individual project.

Confirm before production
Review the written specification with your installer. Any change after approval may affect cost, availability and schedule.
Allow time for the complete project
Production, dispatch and transit are separate stages. A custom production estimate is not an installation date. Where timing is critical, discuss the whole schedule before paying and avoid making installation arrangements until delivery is sufficiently certain.

Can every light be customized?
No. Construction, materials and electrical design may limit the changes that are possible. We confirm feasibility for the exact product.
Can I request an exact color match?
Send the color reference and discuss the finish process. Screen images, surrounding light and the underlying material can affect how a color appears; request clarification before approval.
Can you coordinate several fixtures?
Share the complete list, quantities and desired finishes. We can review the request together, while natural material variation may remain between pieces.
